This Privacy Policy explains how Kesopa ("we", "us") handles information when you play our games, including Mi Cashier on Android and on web game platforms, and when you visit kesopa.com (together, the "Services").
Kesopa is an independent game studio based in Panama. Contact: contact@kesopa.com.
1. Summary
- Our games do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
- Your game progress is stored on your device (or, on web, by the game platform you use).
- The free mobile version shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob collects device information, such as your advertising ID, to show and measure ads.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Game data stored on your device
The game saves your progress (cash, items, upgrades, settings such as sound and vibration) in a file on your device. This data stays on your device; we do not receive it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and keep it as long as needed to handle your request.
Website
kesopa.com does not use cookies, analytics or ads. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
3. Third-party services
Our games use the following services. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Ads and your choices
- Consent: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are used. You can accept or refuse. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalized ads.
- United States: where state privacy laws apply, you can opt out of the use of your data for targeted advertising through the consent tools shown in the game and through your device settings.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your Android settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Security & privacy > Ads).
- Rewarded videos are optional: you only watch them when you choose to, in exchange for an in-game bonus.
5. In-app purchases
The game may offer optional purchases of virtual items (for example in-game currency or removing ads). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or bank details.
6. Why we use information and legal bases
- To run the game and save your progress (performance of the service you request).
- To show ads that keep the game free (your consent for personalized ads where the law requires it; otherwise our legitimate interest in funding the game).
- To process purchases (performance of a contract).
- To answer your messages and keep the Services secure (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations.
7. Children
Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
8. How long data is kept
Game progress stays on your device until you delete the game or its data. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted. Data collected by third-party services is kept according to their own policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe, California and other US state laws, or Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
Because we do not hold an account or profile about you, most data related to our games is held either on your device or by the third-party services listed above. To exercise your rights or ask a question, write to contact@kesopa.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
10. Data deletion
You can delete all game data stored on your device by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your device settings. To ask for the deletion of any data we hold (such as emails you sent us), write to us. For data held by Google, use the tools in your Google account and your device settings.
11. International transfers
Third-party services such as Google may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses).
12. Security
We keep the information we hold to a minimum and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature or a new game. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game or on this page.
