Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the games published by Kesopa, including Mi Cashier, and to kesopa.com (the "Services"). Kesopa is an independent game studio based in Panama ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can play

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you, especially before making any purchase.

2. License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the games or their content, except where the law allows it.

3. Virtual items and in-app purchases

• The games may include virtual items such as in-game cash, diamonds, upgrades or the removal of ads. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• When you buy a virtual item, you get a license to use it in the game; you do not own it.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the platform you use) under its own terms. Refunds are handled under the platform's refund policy and the consumer laws that apply to you.
• Your progress and virtual items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game, clear its data or lose your device, they may be lost and we may not be able to restore them. Purchases of "remove ads" can be restored through Google Play when supported.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items or features as the game evolves.

4. Ads

The free version of our games shows ads provided by third parties. Rewarded videos are optional. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, exploit bugs, interfere with ads or purchases, or use the Services in any illegal way.

6. Intellectual property

The games, their name, art, characters, sounds, music, code and all other content belong to Kesopa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the games running well, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or stop a game or feature at any time. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kesopa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the loss of game progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend your access if you break these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
